SK 쉴더스 미국법인에서 맨가드 사업의 외국인 보안인력 관리를 담당하실 매니저를 모집합니다. 

Security Manager Duties/ Responsibilities

Ø Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to assigned clients such as products,
services, initiatives, and strategies.
Ø Support the goals and objectives of the customer to maintain security and safety by handling
vendors providing man guard service.
Ø Generate, reconcile, and provide routine and/or ad hoc reports to designated clients.
Ø Communicate effectively with partnered companies to ensure timely response, service, and
fulfillment to clients’ needs.
Ø Manage all account-specific security practices including performance management and reviews,
discipline, and complaint resolution.
Ø Generate proposals and estimates (RFP) for contract bidding based on clients’ design and requirements.
Ø Supervise all security related projects and issues.
Ø Direct, manage, and coordinate security related services.
Ø Develop and implement cohesive policies, procedures, and training programs.
Ø Create and send invoices and statements to customers.
Ø Review service agreements and contracts.

Requirements
Education: Associate’s degree or higher (preferred)
Experience: over 3 years
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc.)
Effective bilingual oral and written communication skills in English and Korean 
Legally authorized to work in the US
Travel to client sites whenever required
Attention to detail
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Ability to commute/relocate:
Work Location: In person
