FRONT DESK/RECEPTIONIST JOB OPENING

North of Atlanta Pain Clinic (유명재마취통증의학과)에서Front Desk/Receptionist를구합니다.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling patient appointments for multiple practitioners
• Organize office tasks and assist the doctor in ways that optimize procedures.
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
• Create and update patient charts and records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Schedule and plan recurring weekly tasks and appointments.
• Monitor supply levels and handle shortages.
• Perform receptionist and front office duties and back-office duties as needed
• Managing the schedule - Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients by phone and/or text and email.
• Answer phones, return patient messages and direct inquiries to proper service provider ASAP. Ensure all patients are contacted in a timely fashion.
• Check patients in/out, provide appropriate consents, ensure notes are complete, check out and collect payments, Reconcile end of day reports. Scan consents into patient EMR chart.
• Many things come up throughout the day that need to be handled by the Front Desk Receptionist – flexibility and teamwork is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of receptionist experience preferred
• Bilingual: Korean (preferred)
