– Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our client’s organization’s technology infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise not only in basic hardware and network management but also in advanced enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, and SCM.

– Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, network, and software systems.
• Ensure the efficient operation of key enterprise systems, including SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and SCM (Supply Chain Management).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize the use of SAP, MES, and SCM systems across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure and business-critical systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, including hardware upgrades, software deployments, and system integrations.
• Maintain and ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems and applications.
• Provide support and training to staff on SAP, MES, and SCM systems, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure best practices.
• Work closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all IT systems.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection standards, and IT security protocols.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a focus on hardware, SAP, MES, and SCM systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise system management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, MES, and SCM systems implementation, customization, and support.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in IT security management and data protection protocols.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

– Preferred Skills:
• Experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure and systems.
• Certifications related to SAP, MES, or SCM (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate).
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for IT management.
