Job Title: Operation/Administration & Data Analyst 

Work location: 17785 Center Court Dr., Suite 450, Cerritos, CA 90703 (Onsite) 

Duration: 6+ months

Work Hours: 08:30am ~ 17:30pm (subject to changed)  

Bilingual (Korean) Required 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor import air & ocean shipments from origin to final delivery.

• Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.

• Update shipment status in internal systems and maintain accurate data records.

• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with cost entry, invoice checking, and filing documents.

• Support other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Basic understanding or interest in international logistics or import/export process.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Eligible to work in the US (no visa sponsorship for this temporary role).
