Our restaurant is looking for good candidates for Kitchen Assistant & Line Cook

채용 포지션: Lead cook full time
업무:

Supervise Staff:Train, mentor, and direct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
Oversee Food Production:
Coordinate and manage the preparation of hot and cold menu items, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes.
Maintain Quality & Standards:
Monitor and ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency in dishes served to customers.
Manage Kitchen Operations:
Ensure stations are stocked, equipment is functioning properly, and cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.
Inventory & Supplies:
Track inventory levels, monitor food rotation to reduce waste, and assist with ordering supplies.
Ensure Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Leadership & Problem-Solving:
Act as a working supervisor, handling day-to-day issues and stepping in to manage the kitchen during a supervisor's absence.
