• 제조환경내에서서버, 네트워크및산업자동화시스템을포함한 IT 시스템의안정적운영보장
• IT 관련장애에대응하고, 문제를진단하며, 시스템다운타임을분석하고개선활동수행
• 서버, 네트워크장비및공장자동화·생산시스템관련데이터베이스정기백업
• NAS 서버, 산업용 PC, 공장모니터링시스템및네트워크구성요소관리및유지보수
자격요건및필요역량

automotive chassis and body parts, headquartered in Korea, with subsidiaries in
Brazil, India, China, and Vietnam.

Recruitment Field and Key Responsibilities
[IT – 0 positions available]
Main Duties
- Ensure the stable operation of IT systems in a manufacturing environment, including servers, networks, and industrial automation systems.
- Respond to IT-related issues, diagnose problems, analyze downtime, and carry out improvement activities.
- Perform regular backups of databases related to servers, network equipment, and plant automation/production systems.
- Manage and maintain NAS servers, industrial PCs, plant monitoring systems, and network components.
Qualifications and Required Competencies
Common Competencies
- Basic English communication skills for smooth collaboration with local and international teams.
Position-specific Competencies
- Understanding of IT and system operations in a manufacturing environment, with a responsible and proactive work attitude.
Job Competencies
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot IT-related issues and analyze root causes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT system management in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Required Knowledge
- Understanding of server management, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN), and data security principles.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and LabVIEW for data collection, automation, and analysis.
- Understanding of industrial communication (OPC, Modbus) and ability to integrate with plant systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems in an industrial environment.
Working Conditions
- Location: Hwashin America (Greenville, AL)
- Salary: Negotiable upon hiring
