Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Contract Duration: 1 Year
Work Location: 3575 Koger Boulevard, Suite 375, Duluth, GA 30096
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate documentation, communicate with internal teams and customers, and ensure smooth warehouse and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory support

• Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documentation

• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, customers, and internal teams

• Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and provide status updates

• Support logistics operations in a fast-paced environment

• Utilize MS Office and ERP/WMS systems to maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or customer service

• Warehousing experience is a plus

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Language Requirement

• Bilingual (Korean & English) – Required
