1. Air Import Specialist - Duluth, GA
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and process air shipments for import
- Coordinate with airlines and other vendors, including trucking companies to ensure smooth operation
- Generate invoices and them to customers
- Manage monthly A/P invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with the accounting team by due date
- Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international goods
- Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments
- Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients' requirements
- Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data
- Provide daily activity reports to management.
- Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

2. Warehouse Supervisor - Savannah, GA
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance to any applicable federal or state laws.
- Comply with customer’s warehouse operations processes and procedures.
- Adhere to customer’s warehousing policies, procedures, and practices to best meet quality aspect of operations.
- Plan and conduct employee trainings for warehouse team members to secure safety and stable operations.
- Perform warehouse asset management (purchasing and maintaining of equipment) in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws, as well as to secure stable operations.
- Schedule and meet with team members on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics related field.
- Ability to create great team work and to supervise.
- Efficiency in MS Office products.

3. Southeast Warehouse Team Manager - Living close to one of the following: Atlanta, GA, Savannah, GA, Mobile, AL, or Charleston, SC
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations of five locations in the Southeast region.
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
- Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform profit and loss management, prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate performance of employees.
- Effectively respond to clients' needs and requests, including analyzing data and producing reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and security standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse management required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Direct management/supervision experience required.
- Able to travel to different warehouse locations (Savannah, Mobile, Charleston, Atlanta).
