Contract Specialists

(Electric Motor, Generator and Drive Team)

1.       Job Description

Ø  Accurately maintain and update records and databases, including order entries, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and sales representative commissions, ensuring timely processing.

Ø  Ensure all payments, amounts, and financial records are correct and processed on time, managing spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals efficiently.

Ø  Prepare quotes for the products including spare or duplicate products

Ø  Prepare pricing structure sheets and create order forms for projects, meeting all deadlines to support business operations.

Ø  Manage vendor accounts, including payables and advance payments, with a strong focus on timely and accurate transactions.

Ø  Oversee customer accounts, including receivables and deferred revenues, ensuring prompt follow-ups and collections.

Ø  Prepare and submit remittance applications and invoices without delays.

Ø  Administer and process sales representative commissions on schedule.

Ø  Provide administrative oversight for transportation and duty-related shipping costs, ensuring efficient and timely payment processing.

Ø  Assist colleagues with contract and financial-related tasks, ensuring on-time completion of assigned duties.

Ø  Support quarter-end and year-end audit preparations, ensuring all documentation is ready ahead of deadlines.

 

2.       Preferred Skills

Ø  Time Management & Deadline Orientation – Strong ability to prioritize tasks and complete work on time in a fast-paced environment.

Ø  Attention to Detail – High accuracy in handling financial records, contracts, and invoices.

Ø  Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve financial or contractual issues efficiently.

Ø  Proficiency in Software & Tools – Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAPor equivalent), Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and other financial tracking tools.

Ø  Strong Communication & Coordination – Ability to work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth contract and payment processes.

Ø  Audit & Reporting Experience – Prior experience in preparing financial reports and assisting in quarter-end and year-end audits.

Ø  Multitasking & Adaptability – Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ø  Experience in Logistics & Shipping Documentation – Understanding of transportation, duty payments, and related administrative processes is a plus.

 

3.       Qualification

Ø  English proficiency is required

Although preferred, bilingual in Korean is not a requirement

 

4.       Location

Ø  Duluth, GA

Ø  Relocation cost to be reimbursed

Ø  Working remotely option not offered
