Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Assistant Manager to join our growing manufacturing packaging company. 

This role is open to recent college graduates or entry-level professionals, fluent in both Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and ensure production efficiency.
• Communicate with staff to maintain smooth workflows.
• Assist in scheduling, performance monitoring, and process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between English- and Korean-speaking teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (No prior experience necessary).
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
