Position: CORPORATE PLANNING SPECIALIST
Location: COVINGTON, GA

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for formulating and executing mid- to long-term strategies, along with annual corporate initiatives and investment plans aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and goals. By driving comprehensive planning activities, conducting market and data analyses, and supporting management decision-making, this position plays a pivotal role in guiding organizational growth. The Corporate Planning Specialist also engages with various stakeholders and measures performance outcomes to maximize corporate value and enhance strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Annual Business Planning & Goal Setting: Develop annual business plans and execution roadmaps aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
• KPI Setting & Performance Management: Define both quantitative and qualitative indicators to measure strategic execution and track performance outcomes.
• Approval Process & Schedule Management: Streamline internal decision-making processes and establish annual planning frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide primary support for investor relations, and strengthen communication and relationships with various stakeholders such as government entities and universities.
• Mid- to Long-Term Corporate Strategy Development: Formulate mid- to long-term corporate strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives, derive key strategic initiatives and actionable plans through internal and external analysis, and support sustainable growth.
• Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis: Assess market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive landscapes, utilizing findings to inform pricing models and guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in strategy or planning functions
• Proven experience in creating and presenting executive-level management reports
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong business communication skills in both Korean and English
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and collaborate across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree
• Previous experience in a consulting firm
