We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to lead and oversee low-voltage projects in the Savannah, GA area. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Korean and English to effectively communicate with clients and lead other team members throughout the project.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee subcontractors for all low-voltage installations.
• Perform structured cabling installation for voice, data, and video systems, including cable tray setup and terminations.
• Configure and install network equipment, including switches, routers, and access points.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, access control systems.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
• Assess the scope of work, schedule, and resources required for project completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and project plans based on specifications and client needs.
• Supervise purchasing and delivery of project materials.
• Oversee and manage change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing, rental equipment, and income/expense tracking.
• Represent NEXIEN in project meetings and liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.

 

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in low voltage projects, IT infrastructure, and security solutions.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a related field.
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing project timelines and budgets.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
