Full Time Customer Service Desk and Ecommerce Associate (Korean Bilingual Preferred)
ZENTIQUE IS HIRING FOR A FULL TIME E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

We are a high-end wholesales furniture company that partners with Amazon, Walmart, and HomeDepot.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct Clerical Duties (filing/sorting documents, provide customer service, typing and word processing, record-keeping, data entry, scheduling, photocopying and collating, and process billing)
-Assist in processing sales and performing daily maintenance for assigned E-commerce platforms
- Communicate with warehouse team to schedule shipments
-Complete assigned projects


Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong communication skills
Excellent Customer service
Effective decision making

Self-management/time management


Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to speak Korean (preferred not required)
