At Joynus Care, our Care Coordinators are the backbone of our home care services. They oversee the recruitment and management of field employees (caregivers) who provide direct care to our clients. In collaboration with our nursing and outreach teams, our Coordinators ensure that the most appropriate caregivers are assigned to each client, embodying the mission and vision of Joynus Care in every interaction.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all client cases are staffed and documented.
Support field employees to do their job at the highest level: As a team leader for employees, the coordinator listens, consults, and motivates employees.
Prepare and maintain employee records to be compliant with Georgia Healthcare Facility Regulation.
Monitor and report all outstanding issues from employees.
Verify employee work schedule and clock in/out.
Ensure employees perform their duties as instructed.
Ensure employees’ benefits.
Maintained on-call duty as needed.
Participate in the orientation and evaluation of employees.
Handle complaints and incident investigations and submit them to the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Speaking in English and Korean
Great Teamwork
Excellent organizational skills with particular attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to problem-solve/follow through
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bachelor’s degree
