채용 포지션:

• 시니어 프로젝트 매니저: 연봉 $120,000 이상
• 현장 매니저: 연봉 $70,000 이상

자격 요건:

시니어 프로젝트 매니저:

• 10년 이상의 프로젝트 관리 경험 필수
• 대규모 산업 및 상업용 건축 프로젝트 경험 필수
• 프로젝트 예산 및 일정 관리 능력 필수
• 지붕, 외벽(사이딩), 루버, 패널 시스템에 대한 이해 필요
• 리더십과 문제 해결 능력 필수
• 건설 현장 안전 규정을 준수하고 관리할 수 있어야 함

현장 매니저:

• 3년 이상의 현장 관리 경험 필수
• 지붕, 외벽(사이딩), 루버, 패널 시공 경험 필수
• 현장 인력 및 자재 관리 능력 필수
• 현장 안전 관리 능력 필수
• 기본적인 건축 시스템 지식 필요

공통 자격 요건:

• 프로젝트에 따라 출장 가능해야 함
• 관련 자격증 소지자 우대 (예: 건축, PMP)
• MS Office 활용 능력 필수, ERP 경험자 우대
• 영어 및 한국어 이중언어 필수

Procon E&C - Hiring Sr. Project Manager & Field Manager (Architectural Construction)

Procon E&C is a specialty contractor active in GA and TX, focusing on mechanical and electrical projects. We have successfully worked on system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor and duct/louver work at SK sites. We are also collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various companies.

Positions:

• Sr. Project Manager: $120,000+ annual salary
• Field Manager: $70,000+ annual salary

Qualifications:

Sr. Project Manager:

• 10+ years of project management experience required
• Must have experience with large-scale industrial and commercial architectural projects
• Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules
• Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, louver, and panel systems
• Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential
• Must be proficient in enforcing and managing construction site safety regulations
  

Field Manager:

• 3+ years of site management experience required
• Experience with roofing, siding, louver, and panel construction required
• Strong ability to manage on-site labor and materials
• Must be capable of managing safety at the site
• Basic knowledge of architectural systems required
  

Common Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel as required by projects
• Certifications preferred (e.g., Architectural, PMP)
• Proficiency in MS Office is required; ERP experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory
