▶Technical Support – Independent Contractor, 1099 /  Atalanta, GA  

Responsibilities

• ·         Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• ·         Responding promptly and effectively towards customer service inquiries
• ·         Troubleshoot and develop creative solutions that cater to customer challenges
• ·         Having full knowledge and staying up to date on all our products and services
• ·         Provide technical assistance to callers
• ·         Communicating with customers through various channels
• ·         Acknowledging and resolving customer needs in a timely and satisfactory manner
• ·         Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• ·         Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• ·         Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
•  

Qualifications

• ·         Experience working with Rice Cookers or relevant experience required
• ·         Bilingual in Korean and English is highly preferred
• ·         Strong customer service skills
• ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ·         Ability to maintain professionalism when customers are stressed or upset
• ·         Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• ·         Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Salary Range: $ 52K – 60K
