Position: SAP Accounting Specialist

Company Description:

The following positions is being recruited by a company specializing in automotive noise, vibration and heat control parts located in Locust Grove, GA, so if you are interested, please apply.

Role Description:

• Develop and maintain financial and accounting records, including general ledgers, journals and other financial documents in SAP.
• Determine and maintain corporate assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activity records.
• Prepare and organize the company’s accounting reports, financial statements, business operation and manufacturing cost reports, and prepare reports to senior management.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in preparing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and support internal and external audits.
• Complete the accounting statements of payroll, taxes, personal expense, and vendor payment by placing the suitable accounting G/L.
• Process payroll and coordinate with HR department, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and manage employee benefits.
• Monitor and document overall financial transactions and accounting activities for business operations in manufacturing various automotive parts.
• Prepare and organize the company’s accounting reports, financial statements, business operation and manufacturing cost report to analyze accuracy and completeness of conversions.
• Analyze and resolve financial problems and ensure the SAP system meets business requirements and goals.
• Maintain regulatory compliance of reporting standards and report to parent company any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• One (1) year of professional experience in accounting and proficiency in SAP required.
• Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
