Job Description: The Business Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting various
departments within the company by managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes,
and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including sales quotes, issuing invoices,
and order/service follow-up
Support Order Management through Salesforce/ERP systems
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily
accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to resolve any issues or
concerns.
Manage company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant
regulations and standards.
Support the organization and execution of company events, training sessions, and
special projects.
Conduct research and gather information to support business decision-making
processes.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
for improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the
business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Fluent in Korean and English (Verbal and Written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word and PowerPoint. Excellent Excel skill and other
relevant software applications.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of supporting business
operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable
insights.
