Responsibilities

System Management & Optimization

• Manage and optimize WMS/TMS systems for warehouse operations.

• Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and inventory tracking.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for improvements.

• Analyze workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

Process & Performance Improvement

• Support new warehouse setup and coordinate with vendors.

• Improve receiving, shipping, and inventory processes.

• Track and analyze KPIs to improve operational performance.

• Recommend system developments based on data insights.

User Training & Documentation

• Create and update SOPs for WMS/TMS usage.

• Train warehouse staff and provide ongoing system support.

• Ensure smooth adoption of best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collect user feedback and propose system upgrades.

• Report progress and performance to management.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bilingual (Korean & English) required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with WMS/TMS or warehouse operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Excel skills.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Up to 25% travel within the US
