1. Trucking Operations Team Manager - Duluth, GA

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a high-performing team of transportation professionals across multiple branches to ensure operational efficiency.

- Establish, track, and evaluate team performance metrics, ensuring continuous progress toward organizational goals.

- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and implement process improvements to enhance performance.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and vet prospective carriers to establish a strong pipeline of service providers.

- Gather detailed information from clients to accurately assess their shipping needs.

- Obtain and present shipping quotes from carriers to clients in a timely manner.

- Book freight services through carriers to meet client requirements and deadlines.

- Coordinate the pickup and drop-off of shipments, ensuring smooth logistics.

- Monitor shipment progress to guarantee timely and undamaged delivery of goods.

- Update customer management software to maintain accurate client records.

- Advise clients on potential supply chain issues and provide proactive solutions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
