•General Affairs Associate assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs /etc., general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager

•Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form

•Liaising with staff in other departments. E.g. Financing & HR

•Process billing

•Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

•Organize, store, and print company documents as needed

Job description

Overview:

 General Affairs Associate assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs /etc., general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

Job Type: Contract

 

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
