Factory Shift Manager 
Job type: Full-time, onsite
Location: Cartersville, GA

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations during assigned shifts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement warehouse policies and procedures during shifts to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Monitor and report on the status of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
• Collaborate with other managers to implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.
• Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor shift performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, providing shift-specific reports on issues, key information, and operational handovers.
• Track and report daily attendance and workforce presence for assigned shifts.
• Maintain communication with customer representatives, addressing inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are met during assigned shifts.
• Cultivate a strong customer focus and implement corrective actions based on feedback from shifts.
• Drive and support the execution of daily operational activities across assigned shifts.
• Prepare and present shift-specific reports detailing issues, important matters to be shared across shifts, and any required handover information.
• Analyze shift-specific data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Shift A: Mon ~ Thurs & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
Shift B: Thur ~ Sun & Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)

Shift C: Mon ~ Thur & Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)

Shift D: Thur ~ Sun & Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
• Bilingual (English/Korean)
