POSITION: IT Help Desk (MES Support)

ANNUAL SALARY: $50,000~

LOCATION: 7777 Kia Pkwy, West Point, GA 31833

JOB SUMMARY:

The MES IT Help Desk position is responsible for supporting customers who use our MES system across the manufacturing site. The role includes diagnosing issues, providing solutions, maintaining stable system operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position also plays a key part in new projects: consulting with customers, gathering and organizing requirements, and preparing documentation that will be used by managers and development teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to provide timely and professional MES system support to customers.
• Strong communication skills for customer consultation and requirement gathering.
• Ability to organize and document project requirements clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable handling multiple communication channels (Teams, email, SMS, phone).
• Ability to work onsite at the customer facility (KIA West Point Plant).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. No sponsorship available.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Korean/English bilingual.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of IT.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
