안녕하세요.

당사는 한국 대기업의 물류 법인으로서 아틀란타 지역으로 사세를 확장 중에 있으며

이에 따라 지사를 운영할 수 있는 물류 분야의 인재를 구하고 있습니다.

 

1. Position: Import & Export Operation Manager or Assistant manager (Full-time)

 

2. Responsibilities:

• Handling customer and agent Inbound orders/shipments.

• Performing data entry, processing documents, and managing shipments.

• Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of shipments as part of daily procedures.

• Providing customer support services with timely and real-time tracking updates.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and meeting customer requirements.

• Identifying, reporting, consulting on, and finding resolutions for any issues.

• Monitoring all cargo and providing reports to the direct manager.

 

3. Qualification:

• At least over 3 years Inbound Logistics experience preferred.

• Bilingual (Korean/ English) preferred

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, solid analytical skills and follow through skills are essential

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Advanced skills in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
