Job Description

 

i) Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy

• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently

• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality

• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care

• Follow all written and verbal instructions

• Must maintain a clean & safe working environment following OSHA standards

• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the

specifications

• Monitor production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality

control measures

• Provide general support to production department and other duties as assigned

ii) Success will depend on the following REQUIRED qualifications:

• Forklift certification preferred

• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals

• Basic math, reading and writing skills

• Basic computer skills

• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry

iii) Working conditions

• Work days : Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch hour 12:00pm-1:00pm)

• Salary

- Negotiable/Based on experience

- 90 days probation period
