Now Hiring: Financial Operations Analyst – B2B Contracts & Billing

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Duration: 1+ year

Schedule:Standard Business Hours (Mon–Fri)

Bilingual Korean/English

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Accounting, AR/AP, or Financial Operations

• Experience with B2B contracts, billing, and vendor payments

• Proficient in SAP (SD module preferred) and Salesforce.com

• Advanced Excel skills

• Familiar with sales tax on invoices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Prior experience working with channel sales or reseller agreements is a plus

Job Summary:
Support B2B business operations by managing contracts, billing, and financial workflows. You'll serve as a critical liaison between the Business Team, Legal, Accounting, and the CFO Office. This role also includes vendor management, audit support, and ensuring financial accuracy in billing and AR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute contract approvals in SAP & Salesforce

• Manage AR/AP processes, vendor payments, credit memos

• Issue and manage POs (some manual work involved)

• Oversee customer billing and AR tracking

• Collaborate with Legal and Business teams on agreements and amendments

• Respond to financial audit requests

• Ensure accurate sales tax application on invoices
