Duluth에 위치한 Commercial Janitorial company에서 함께 일하실 직원분을 모집합니다.
Client Coordinator Job Description
· Responding client’s emails & phone calls and dispatching day porters.
· Reviewing nightly report from project managers and revising them.
· Sending nightly report to each building managers and daily report with request, work orders, & complaints to project managers
· Reporting any security/maintenance issues or changes in staffing.
· Communicating with clients or project manager about daily, weekly, monthly cleaning expectations & goals
· Creating work orders, and following up with project managers.
· Checking holiday schedule for each building.
· Checking work orders progress & completion
Qualification
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· English-Korean Bilingual
· Fluent computer skill (Excel & Word)
· Must be eligible to work legally in the US.

Hours
· 40 hours full time (8:30AM ~ 5:30PM)
