PM (Project Manager):

• • Overall Project Oversight: Manage the entire project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and Other Project Participants.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update on progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  PCM (Project Control Manager):

• • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules and track progress.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and manage financial performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the project
