Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The HVAC Duct Fabrication Factory Manager will oversee all operations of the duct fabrication factory, specializing in the production of small HVAC ducts to large NMP ducts. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This individual will also operate and supervise the use of machines for duct manufacturing and lead a team of skilled workers.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the fabrication of HVAC ducts, including small ducts and large NMP ducts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Operate and manage the performance of machinery used in the manufacturing of ducts.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize factory operations to meet production goals.
• Supervise factory staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure productivity and workplace safety.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of raw materials and tools, coordinating with procurement as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including equipment malfunctions and workflow disruptions.
• Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to align production output with client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in HVAC duct fabrication.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC duct fabrication, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in operating duct fabrication machinery and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software (preferred).
• Bilingual in Korean and English (highly preferred).
• Spanish is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work in a factory environment with exposure to machinery noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NMP duct fabrication processes and technology.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
