Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance to any applicable federal or state laws.
• Comply with customer’s warehouse operations processes and procedures.
• Adhere to customer’s warehousing policies, procedures, and practices to best meet quality aspect of operations.
• Plan and conduct employee trainings for warehouse team members to secure safety and stable operations.
• Perform warehouse asset management (purchasing and maintaining of equipment) in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws, as well as to secure stable operations.
• Schedule and meet with team members on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics related field.
• Ability to create great team work and to supervise.
• Strong C/S and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Efficiency in MS Office products.
• Bilingual in Korean a plus
