Overview
A1 Construction Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office
Assistant to join our team in our Construction Site. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for providing pay-application invoicing support to ensure
efficient operation of the office. This role requires strong communication
skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Assistant will work closely with staff and clients, contributing to
a positive workplace at-mosphere.
Duties
- Construction daily reports, and progress reports.
- Supporting Office Manager for pay-application work.
- Communication with our contractors.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and assisting clients in a professional manner.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and memos, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Skills
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Language
- Mandantory - Fluent in Korean
- Preferred - English
