Job Summary

The QA Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, managing customer feedback, overseeing delivery specifications, supporting customer audits, and maintaining facility standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in quality assurance leadership, particularly in manufacturing environments.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Certificate of Analysis and shipment processes to ensure product quality

Manage and respond to customer feedback (VOC) in a timely manner

Collaborate with HQ and EHS department on hazardous materials management

Lead and support Customer Approval (PPAP) processes for product acceptance

Manage delivery specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards

Lead and support customer audits

Manage ISO/IATF certification processes and audits

Oversee facility standards maintenance to uphold quality requirements

Manage quality objectives and indicators for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or related industries

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Knowledge of ISO 9000/IATF 16949 is a plus

# QC Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

The QC Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and products within the organization. This role involves performing analysis, inspections, implementing standards, managing documentation, and resolving quality issues to maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced analysis equipment (GC, AA, ICP, IC, etc.) for quality control

Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections on materials and products

Create and implement quality standardization procedures

Manage customer feedback (VOC) and provide timely responses

Oversee Certification of Analysis processes

Maintain documentation and analyze process data for improvement opportunities

Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) data analysis

Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation

Conduct tests on samples and analyze data for property changes

Perform root-cause analysis and establish corrective actions

Evaluate samples from various departments and suppliers

Inspect and test new containers for raw materials and products

Manage consumables used in the department, particularly in the lab

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Department

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or related industries

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Knowledge of ISO 9000/IATF 16949 is a plus
