Job Description

What We Are Looking For:

Great opportunity to join the team of a Real Estate Closing Attornies seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closer.  As the Real Estate Closer you will not only work with individuals looking to buy or sell their home, but also with lenders, agents, and other real estate professionals.

Compensation And Benefits

• $70,000-$80,000 annual salary
• Bonus potential

Your Responsibilities

• Closing Preparation:

  • Facilitate the smooth and efficient completion of real estate transactions.

  • Prepare Closing Disclosures and HUD-1 statements (Qualia knowledge preferred).

  • Confirm resolution of all title issues as per the title commitment.

  • Prepare the complete Closing package, including all necessary documents.

• Funding & Disbursement:

  • Obtain Funding approval from lenders.

  • Balance and disburse all closing checks accurately.

• Collaboration & Workflow:

  • Collaborate closely with pre-closing and post-closing teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

  • Prepare files for attorney review.

  • Ensure all the necessary paperwork, financial transactions, and legal requirements are met to finalize property sales.

• Performance Expectations:

  • Complete an average of 40 closings per month.

Qualifications We Require:

• Bilingual (Korean, Chinese, and Spanish) (a plus)

• Minimum of 2 years of specific residential closing experience.

• Experience with commercial real estate closing experience (a plus)

• Bachelors degree (a plus)

Skills We Are Looking For:

• Adept with prioritizing multiple closing responsibilities simultaneously.

• Hands on experience with at least one of the following software systems

  • Qualia (or equivalent)

  • Softpro

  • LandTech
