Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Commerce, Georgia

Role and Responsibilities:

• Review productivity for products in the development stage.
• Establish and revise processes.
• Improve yield, uptime, and overall performance.
• Analyze defects and drive quality improvement.
• Develop new processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in process technology and development (preferred).
• Experience in battery manufacturing (preferred).
• Six Sigma or IATF certification (a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Minitab, or similar tools with strong data analysis skills.
