SUMMARY
Global Mobility & General Affairs Specialist will manage the international relocation process for employees, and provide advice on global mobility policy allowances, best practice, and compliance.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Global Mobility & General Affairs Specialist will support managing the corporate office-related day-to-day tasks. It will also serve as an administrative partner to the division's executives, assisting them with travel, schedules, spreadsheets, and deliverables. This role will collaborate, partner, and be a part of a fast-paced innovative growth company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the global mobility program.
• Assisting in ongoing assignment payroll administration.
• Design and maintain process documentation for the global mobility task.
• Offer advice and expertise on all international relocation coordination, securing certificates of coverage and taxable payment collections.
• Assist with international assignments, permanent transfer, extended business trips and new hire administration.
• Handle all immigration, Visa, and work authorization issues if they occur, for transfers between offices and countries.
• Coordinate international relocations for client assignee populations.
• The Global Mobility Specialist will collect and analyze global compensation data.
• Provide a clean, healthy, and safe office environment.
• Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure & 'always ready' office stocks.
• Maintain an updated and centralized office inventory record.
• Ensure the company inventory are well maintained and in a safe condition.
• Supervise and monitor security and cleaning services.
• Take care of any other general affair-related tasks
• Plan and coordinate team events and holiday celebrations
• Travel and logistics coordination—books travel and lodging as needed; provides directions, traffic estimates/travel time, and parking details for the executives
• Manages first impressions of visitors by welcoming them to the office
• Ensures that the reception area and common area are organized
• Arranges for catering, when necessary, up to and including ordering and pickup of food
• Responsible for internal delivery of the mail
• Monitors inventory of office supplies and re-ordering as necessary
• Works with facilities on the daily needs of the business and buildout of office space
• Manages internal office/cube moves
• Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by HR Director.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of prior experience in HR and General Affairs
• Office Manager experience is preferred
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Table, V-Lookups, filters, etc
• Strong organization aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of various benefit programs
• Demonstrated reliability with excellent time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Korean
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field in business administration
