1. Position & Role: Safety & Asset Controller
    - Control logistics activities in all the assigned facilities.
    - Responsible for annual vehicle renewals, quarterly IFTA and updating the FMCSA with any changes to our company fleet.
    - Responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance logs entry.
    - Maintain proper insurances and update permits
    - Responsible for upkeep and preventative maintenance logs entry.
    - Supervise employees with safety and training responsibilities.

2. Position & Role: HR Coordinator
    - Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    - Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    - Assist with screening and conduction initial interviews for entry-level positions.
    - Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
    - Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management.
    - Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
    - Assist with HR audits, record keeping, and reporting requirements.

3. 응시 자격:
    - Logistics/Trucking Industry 업무에 관심 있으신분.
    - 영어 및 한국어 가능하신 분.
    - MS Office 활용 가능하신분.
    - 새로운 분야 도전을 희망하시는 분.
    - 출장 가능하신 분 (Asset Controller).
