We are looking for a responsible and efficient Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Our company was established in 2007 in South Korea and the US branch opened in 2021.
We specialize in building dry-room and clean-room in the EV battery industry.
Our partners include Hyundai Automobile, Hyundai ENG, SK Battery, and many more.
We are aiming to become the best company in the air conditioning field through change and innovation.

Job title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Duluth, GA

Working hours:
- Full Time (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm ET)

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Must be able to legally work in the US
- Must be fluent in English and proficient in Korean
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Preferred previous accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Administration skills
- The ability to work well with others
- Sensibility and understanding
- Flexibility and adaptability

Pay:
-Starting at $23-$25 per hour depending on experience and skill level

Requirements and duties:
- Administrative Assistants must cooperate with technicians and engineers from S. Korea
- Handle general office tasks
- Organize schedules and events
- Enter data, bookkeeping, and maintaining office equipment
