Summary
This position will be responsible for consolidation and analysis of AHQ financial results, management of subsidiary companies, and support of new business development. In addition, this position will provide in-depth analysis for variances in order to increase profitability of business.
Responsibilities
Primary
Management and support of Subsidiary companies
• Compile, analyze and review financial activities data of each subsidiary company
• Establish and monitor internal control process of each subsidiary company
• Conduct internal audit of each subsidiary company and report to top management
• Consult & benchmark for cost saving and process improvement for each subsidiary Improve risk management and mitigation processes for each subsidiary
Support of new business development
• Review new business or potential business opportunities with due diligence
• Support M&A Projects by advising on financial, tax due diligence and valuation analysis
• Supports deal closing and post M&A process
• Prepare to build financial modeling of new business and provide analysis on the potential risk and its financial impact
• Establish accounting and finance processes of new business
Secondary
Preparation of AHQ consolidated financial reports
• Analyze and review periodic financial results and report them to managements
• Understand various business activities and identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and profitability
• Analyze and review the financial impact of each business unit activities upon rate changes or adding/removing services
• Analyze and review financial data and support each business unit in order to increase profitability and efficiency
Tertiary
Other duties as assigned
• Prepare ad hoc reports upon request by management
• Support subsidiary companies as needed (Acting CFO and preparing financial reports of subsidiaries)
Compensation Range
$96,000 - $108,000

7 years direct experience experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management Required; 10+ years direct experience in M&A preferred
