Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations of five locations in the Southeast region.
• Create and execute strategic plans to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
• Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform profit and loss management, prepare reports for upper management. 
• Supervise, develop, and evaluate performance of employees.
• Effectively respond to clients' needs and requests, including analyzing data and producing reports.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and security standards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse management required.
• Direct management/supervision experience required.
• Must be able to travel to different warehouse locations.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
