Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Asset & AV Operations Specialist to join our internal support team. This role is responsible for managing IT assets, AV equipment, and business mobile devices while supporting cross-functional projects and ensuring a smooth internal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support IT assets, AV systems, and business phones for internal users.

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, Security, and Finance teams to improve workspace and mobility solutions.

• Maintain accurate inventory and service records for equipment.

• Support the distribution and activation of business cellphones.

• Install and maintain AV equipment in offices and conference rooms across Austin & Taylor.

• Lead AV setup in new office buildings and coordinate with external vendors.

• Manage conference room reservation systems and troubleshoot AV issues.

• Support company-wide events, including equipment setup and takedown.

• Perform site assessments to ensure technical needs are met for upcoming projects.

• Provide occasional after-hours support for installations or events.

Qualifications:

• Degree preferred and/or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 1–3+ years of experience in asset management, corporate services, or project coordination.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
