Location: Austin  TX (On-site)
Duration: 1 year 

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level professional to join our team as an IT & Operations Support Specialist . This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are fluent in Korean and English , eager to learn, and ready to grow their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day IT asset and facility support (business phones, AV equipment, etc.)

• Support the setup and maintenance of AV equipment in conference rooms and offices

• Help manage business mobile phone distribution and activation

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment

• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, Finance) to support workspace management

• Support coordination of company events, including AV setup and takedown

• Provide basic troubleshooting for equipment and escalate issues as needed

• Participate in special projects and assist with vendor coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduate (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)

• No prior work experience required — we provide training!

• Bilingual in Korean and English (written and spoken)

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
