경력이 없으셔도 저희가 트레이닝 시켜드립니다.
업무는 오더입력, 제품 검수등 어렵지 않은일이며 댁에서 매일 쓰이는 제품들이라 재미있습니다. ^^
영어, 한국말 가능하신분
근무날짜는 월~금 입니다. (토,일은 쉽니다.)
근무시간은 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM 입니다.
1시간 점심시간 12:30 ~ 1:30
근무 기간에 따라서 우대해드립니다.
텍스보고 가능하신분.
식비 지급해드리며,
월급은 인터뷰 보실 때 협의 가능하십니다.

About Us:
We are a supply chain wholesaler importing house-ware and miscellaneous goods that works with restaurants, grocery stores, and other wholesalers in the Southern US.
We are currently looking for someone who interested in creating a long-lasting career in this field.
Working hours 5 days / Full-time: Mon-Fri 9 AM- 6PM
Collecting Members : 0
A person who is fluent in English
If you have no reason to disqualify your status or employment
Career / Non-career (We will train you.)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and walk-ins.
• Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for salesmen and delivery drivers.
• Invoice and file all transactions via QuickBooks
• Create and update databases and records for inventory control, personnel, and other data.
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as instructed.
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
