Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper (AR/AP)
Location: Duluth, GA
Job Description: We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage the bookkeeping for three retail businesses. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks (QB) and able to handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for three retail businesses
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties
• Record all financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Prepare financial reports as needed
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB)
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred
• Strong attention to detail in managing documents
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation:
• Based on experience and qualifications
Additional Information:
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling
• Required hours are approximately 16-24 hours per week
