6.       Job Description: The main objective of the APQP Engineering Department is to manage the design/development of the product and the product launch execution utilizing a cross functional team approach. Opportunities would include engineering elements pertaining to product design/development, dimensional engineering/statistical analysis, manufacturing process development, tooling/equipment design/implementation, overall project management principles, root cause analysis, problem resolution, OEM part approval process, and much more.
