Human Resources Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HRIS operations, including system implementation and enhancement to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Collaborate with department managers to support HR tasks and foster a productive work environment.
- Provide leadership and consultative support to HR team members, helping achieve operational goals and develop HR skills.
- Manage data processes involving talent, payroll, and benefits, ensuring secure storage and compliance with U.S. labor laws.
- Lead the HR team across various functions, including talent acquisition, management, operations, and payroll.
- Serve as a liaison between HR headquarters and regional offices, coordinating HR operations and supporting regional management.
- Guide 2-4 team members in HR business processes and operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
- English/Korean bilingual preferred.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR systems, including ADP.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with a focus on HRIS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.

 

 
Ocean Import Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily task (daily report / shipment tracking / communicate with clients, etc.)
- Gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs.
- Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients.
- Book freight service through carriers for clients.
- Coordinate the pickup and drop off shipments.
- Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure that goods arrive promptly and undamaged.
- Updating customer management software to keep client records accurate.
- Advise clients on potential supply chain issues.
- Additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Korean/English bilingual preferred.
- 0-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- High integrity, accuracy, and dependability.

Salary: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour, based on experience and skills.

 

 
Air Freight Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and process air shipments for exportation to exceed our customers` expectations. This includes airline booking, arranging pickup and delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies and other vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Generate billing invoice using FNS system and send AR invoices to customers.
- Manage monthly AP invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with accounting team before the due dates.
- Report to Operation Part Manager daily/weekly basis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of logistics experience.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual in Korean/English or Spanish/English preferred.
- Salary: $24.04 - $28.85 per hour, depending on experience.

 

 
Freight Broker Agent

Billing & Settlement Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of accounting tasks relating to the documentation, recording, processing and filing of accounting
- Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
- Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments.
- Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client`s requirements, A/R and A/P.
- Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
- Provide daily activity reports to management.
- Review invoices for proper documentation and processing check request.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Korean & English
- Bachelor`s Degree or 2 years of experience in Settlement & Accounting preferred.
- Attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task
- Excel skill and MS Word proficiency require
