**Job Description:**  

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Site Manager to coordinate daily operations at our construction site in Clarksville, TN.  

Main duties include managing communication between Spanish- and Korean-speaking workers and ensuring job site safety and progress.

**Responsibilities:**  

- Supervise and coordinate on-site workers  

- Communicate in Spanish and Korean (English preferred)  

- Monitor safety, schedule, and quality  

- Report daily progress to management  

**Requirements:**  

- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.  

- Fluent in Spanish and Korean (English a plus)  

- Experience in construction management preferred  

- Responsible, dependable, and team-oriented
