Job Opportunity: Bilingual (English/Korean) Construction Management
Location: Cartersville, GA

Job Positions:
- Construction Site Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Construction Site Management
- Develop and manage construction schedules.
- Oversee material and equipment management and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Ensure on-site safety and quality control.
- report construction progress and prepare related documents.
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and English.
- Administrative Support
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare documents, enter data, and generate reports.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, file organization, and correspondence handling.
- Assist with project management and document tracking.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with industrial piping is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Korean .
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
