A well-known automotive supplier in GA has partnered with Joynus to help identify a Human Resources Manager. The HR manager will have a broad knowledge and experience in human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. This is an especially important role, and you will be working with the business leaders and strategists to make an impact in the company for years to come.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and process payroll
• Conduct employee engagement & evaluation (attendance, point system, etc.)
• Implement and review employment benefits (insurance, 401K, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate with staffing companies and review staffing invoices
• Responsible for talent acquisition (recruiting, onboarding, etc.)
• Conduct internal safety inspections
• Prepare and manage external safety audits
• Ensure adherence to OSHA standards
• PPE Control
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-8+ years of experience as an HR generalist
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Bilingual in English and Korean (Preferred)
• Degree in HR or related discipline (Preferred)
