About the Role:

We're hiring a bilingual (Korean/English) IT & AV Support Specialist to join our workplace operations team in Austin, TX . You'll support company-wide IT and AV systems, including equipment setup, maintenance, inventory, and technical troubleshooting — no previous experience needed!

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Korean and English (required)

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and support hands-on tech setups

• Degree or relevant experience is a plus, but not required
