채용 포지션: Lead Cook full time

업무:

• Supervise Staff:
  Train, mentor, and direct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.  

• Oversee Food Production:
  Coordinate and manage the preparation of hot and cold menu items, ensuring efficiency and adherence to recipes.  

• Maintain Quality & Standards:
  Monitor and ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency in dishes served to customers.  

• Manage Kitchen Operations:
  Ensure stations are stocked, equipment is functioning properly, and cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed.  
  

• Inventory & Supplies:
  Track inventory levels, monitor food rotation to reduce waste, and assist with ordering supplies.  

• Ensure Safety & Compliance:
  Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment. 
  

• Leadership & Problem-Solving:
  Act as a working supervisor, handling day-to-day issues and stepping in to manage the kitchen during a supervisor's absence.
